How can I pay for my goods?									Top
We accept Visa, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Solo, American Express and Diners Club cards.  We also accept personal and business cheque's but we can only release the goods after the funds have cleared. We also accept postal orders and bankers drafts. Orders maybe placed online or via the telephone.
How much will delivery cost?									Top
The following delivery costs apply to the UK (excluding Northern Scotland and the Channel Islands) for your standard delivery service. £15 delivery (A) - when we ship goods costing up to £500 £20 delivery (B) - when we ship goods costing between £501 and £1000 £25 delivery (C) - when we ship goods costing between £1001 and £1500 £30 delivery (D) - when we ship goods costing between £1501 and £2000 £35 delivery (E) - when we ship goods costing between £2001 and £2500 £40 delivery (F) - when we ship goods costing between £2501 and £3000 £45 delivery (G) - when we ship goods costing between £3001 and £3500 £50 delivery (H) - when we ship goods costing between £3501 and £4000 £55 delivery (I) - when we ship goods costing between £4001 and £4500 Please call us on the phone if you live in the Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, offshore Scottish Islands and Scottish highlands as delivery costs to these areas are quoted individually.
Do you deliver to my area?									Top
We deliver to anywhere in the UK. We plan to offer international deliveries in the future but at present (Oct 2007) it is not possible to order goods from Beige for delivery to international destinations.
How long will delivery take?									Top
Providing the goods you wish to order are in stock, our standard delivery is usually 3-4 days.  While we do our very best, we do contract our our delivery services to third party couriers.  This means that delivery times are NOT guaranteed and we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. The cost of delivering and returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer.
What if an item/s are not in stock when I place my order?									Top
If we are unable to provide the product you ordered we may phone you and offer and alternative product. We will never send you an alternative product without first discussing the matter with you.
How do I return unwanted goods?									Top
If you are not completely satisfied with items you have ordered over the web or by mail order, you can return your goods for any reason providing: The goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt by you The goods are in their original condition AND the garment tags remain intact You have obtained a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from us BEFORE returning the goods.  To obtain a RAN from us please call 020 7935 8999 The RAN must be clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. NB.  The returns policy for our shops is different to the above.  For further information about returns policy at our shops, please see the notices in the changing rooms.
What do I do if goods are delivered damaged or missing in transit?									Top
It is important that you inspect the packaging of goods before you sign the delivery driver's consignment notes. Please check to ensure that the number of parcels on the delivery note corresponds with the parcels delivered and ensure that goods found to be damaged are signed for as 'damaged'.  In the event of a problem with the delivery, please call us on 020 7935 8999 within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
How secure are my credit card details?									Top
When you are ready to make a payment you will be automatically transferred to a secure payment server (SSL), which is indicated by a small gold coloured padlock in the bottom right hand side of your monitor. All information is encrypted using 128 bit encryption software. If you have any questions regarding security, which are not addressed in our Privacy or Security pages please contact our mail order department.
I've placed an order but haven't had an email confirmation?									Top
Please contact us on 020 7935 8999 as early as possible can so we can confirm your order details. This normally only occurs when the email address provided during the order form payment process was typed incorrectly. We will amend your email address as soon as contact is made.
When entering my credit card details I was asked  for a 'Security Number', tell me more?									Top
For most cards the number appears on the back of the card at the top of the signature strip, the security number includes the last 3 digits. Some cards have a four digit security number on the front of the card just above the account number. This information is used as an additional form of security for the retailer and the card holder and is used to verify the integrity of the transaction.

How do I know what size to buy?									Top
Our stock comes from a variety of manufacturers. Each manufacturer has their own product sizing.  There is no consensus on garment sizing in the UK. If you are unsure about which size to buy, please call Beverley on 020 7935 8999 (Monday to Friday 10.30am to 5pm) and she will help you select the best size for you. We may ask you you to measure yourself (see below) so that we can help you choose the best size. (a) Bust - measure around the fullest part of the bust. (b) Waist - measure around natural waistline keeping the tape measure comfortably loose. (c) Hips – measure around the fullest part of the hips (this is usually about 8 inches down from the waistband). Skirt Lengths are measured from under the waistband to the hem line. Jacket and Knitwear Lengths are measured from the centre back of the neck to the hem.
